Q. How many prizes could I win?
A. Members can win one (1) Tier 1 Prize and two (2) Tier 2 Prizes during the promotion period. There is no win limit on the number of Tier 3 prizes.

Q. How do I play the instant win game?
A. Visit and log into your account to access your game plays. Click on the Instant Win icon in the navigation to access the instant win game. If the Instant Win icon is not clickable, you do not have any instant win chances available.
Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?
A. To make sure you get emails, add to your address book. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.
Q. I earned Bonus Stars by either making a purchase or winning them in the game but have not received my Stars. What should I do?
A. Stars are automatically awarded, but can take up to 24 hours for Stars to show up in your account. If it has been longer than 24 hours, then please fill out the form below.
Q. How can I request a play without making a purchase?
A. Please review the Official Rules to receive information about receiving a free play via the online form. Keep in mind, you must be logged into your account to see the link to the free plays, which will be delivered to the email address associated with your Starbucks Rewards account. It may take up to 24 hours to receive your play. Make sure to check you SPAM or junk folder if you do not see the email within 24 hours.
Q. Can I use the alternate method of entry to earn Bonus Stars for morning purchases?
A. No. Alternate method of entry is used for instant win plays only. See Official Rules for complete details.
Q. I got a message that I’ve used all my plays, but I haven’t. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are visiting directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. You may also need to clear your Temporary Internet Files. Just select ‘Tools’ on the menu bar at the top of your browser and then select ‘Internet Options’ from the drop down menu. Choose the ‘Delete Files’ button and delete all your Temporary Internet Files. This should help. If you are still not seeing all of your plays, please fill out the form below.
Q. I had game plays left over, but the game has ended. What happens next?
A. The game ends on April 30, 2017 at 11:59 PM ET. All game plays must be used before the program ends. In the event a prize valued over $25 is not awarded, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from all eligible Game plays. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed prizes valued $25 and under will not be awarded.

Q. I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. The information used to register for this game is same information associated with your Starbucks RewardsTM/MC account. If you need to update your account information, please visit If you do win a prize during the promotional period and want to update your address or other contact information, please fill out the form below and provide your updated information.
Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
Q. Why do I have to answer a skills test to receive my prize?
A. Canadian law requires all potential winners to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question. If you did not pass or take the skills test in the allotted time, unfortunately you cannot receive your prize.
Q. Why do I have to retype my username and password every time I log-in?
A. For security reasons. Your username and password for your Starbucks RewardsTM/MC account is saved by selecting the “Remember me” checkmark. However, for security reasons, every time you log into Starbucks Road Trip: Morning Edition, you will be routed to sign in at Starbucks RewardsTM/MC.
